Soon this area will be a blog type page with updates about the film, my life and other random stuff.
My name is Jeremiah. Born in Washinton state, my family moved to the east coast I was in forth grade while my fater attended Princeton Theological Seminary for his Doctorate in Theology and Philosiphy. Before we moved my father had his undergraduate degree in mathematics and worked as a programmer. I wam willing to be that, even if you think this information is irrelevent, if you follow this project you will begin tosee how my father's chosen path influenced me.
I graduated from highschool with a definate leaning towards the arts and chose to go to a private arts college (The university of the Arts) in Philadelphia. At the time I was planning on studying a combination of photography and commputer animation. The first year was a pain in the ass with a ton of required "foundation" coursework and after making it through that I decided to take a break and get some bearing in life. I traveled to Alexandria, VA to live with my aunt and uncle and worked in Mount Vernon as a server (dressed in colonial grab and everything). In my spare time I played with my cousins and made clothing. That summer I traveled around the country following the band Phish and selling clothing in the parking lots.
While on tour I met my future wife Stephanie in a corn field in Indiana(Check out our wedding website here). After tour I returned to college and finished up my remaining 3 years, except I changed my major to film after taking several film classes. During the summers I worked on an Organic Farm in New Jersey. After finishing up my bachelors I was accepted to the University of Maryland as a grad student in thier Imaging and Digital Arts program. On the weekends I worked in the Whole Foods Produce department to supplement my fellowship. Although I met some very unique and fascinating people in Baltimore I left after a year. Let's just say I had some creative differences with some of the faculty and most of the faculty I got along with left for other positions.
After leaving Baltimore I Traveled back to New Jersey where I worked at Whole Foods new princeton store as the Produce departments graphic artist. Later I moved on to what Whole Foods calls a "Store Systems Integrator" Which is like a combination of a network administrator, Help desk and about 7 other jobs. At first I applied to a number of local Film and Video studios but none of them were able to offer a competetive sallary. So I decided to take up an independant project and work on it in my spare time. That is how this Film and webpage were born.
